For a working truck the interesting figure is not peak power but fuel per 100 kilometres. Our calibrations optimise injection timing and boost across the engine's real working range — 1000 to 1800 rpm — which is where a heavy diesel spends its life. The result is a lower consumption at the same load, and more usable torque low down, so the driver shifts less on gradients.
The second saving is maintenance. Where the software for DPF, EGR and AdBlue/SCR systems is recalibrated, those components stop consuming consumables and stop failing — no more AdBlue, no more forced regenerations, no replacement of an expensive particulate filter, EGR valve or NOx sensor. On a high-mileage fleet vehicle that alone often outweighs the fuel saving.
We do not physically remove or modify any hardware — we only recalibrate the ECU software map. Compliance with the emissions regulations in force in your country remains the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
