DTC selectivity off: disabling individual fault codes in the ECU

Sometimes a single fault code is the problem: a sensor that is no longer fitted, an option that was removed, a known false alarm, or a component that is no longer available. Instead of a full emission package, we disable exactly the codes you name and nothing else.

How it works

You send the original read and the list of codes (P-codes, SPN/FMI for trucks and machines, or J1587 codes).
We find each code in the ECU's own fault tables and disable it so it is never stored or reported.
Other diagnostics keep working as from the factory.

Register in the AUTO-REMAP file service, upload the original read of the ECU, tick DTC selectivity off together with any other options you need, and download the modified file — usually within minutes, complex ECUs within working hours. Checksums are corrected automatically.
