Agricultural and construction machines run for hours at constant load, so fuel consumption dominates the running cost. Our calibrations optimise the injection map for that duty cycle: the same work is done with less fuel per engine hour, and the engine holds its torque better under load instead of dropping revs and forcing a downshift.

All of this is done within the mechanical limits of the engine — turbo pressure, exhaust gas temperature and injection quantity stay inside the manufacturer's safe window, so the service life of the engine is not traded away for the figures on the sheet.

Recalibration of DPF, EGR and AdBlue/SCR software is also available, which removes the cost of consumables and of replacing those components on machines that work far from a service centre.

We do not physically remove or modify any hardware — we only recalibrate the ECU software map. Compliance with the emissions regulations in force in your country remains the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
