About this file
This page covers one exact calibration: Siemens/Continental MCM21 with software 0014463035002 0214481035001 0354482035001 OM470LA, as indexed on the MB Actros-1843 10.7TDI. Work is done on your own original read — we do not send a generic file for the controller family, because two vehicles sharing a controller can carry different maps, limiters and diagnostics.
Send the file exactly as your tool saved it and tell us which tool produced it. You get the modified file back in the same format, with the checksum corrected, ready to write. Turnaround is 1–3 hours for the solutions listed as available below.
If your readout shows a different software number from the same family, use the version list at the bottom of the page — every calibration we have indexed has its own page.
Everything on this page is reference information. Not finding your exact version here does not mean we cannot do it — a solution can be developed for any calibration. Create an order on the file service and send us the original read.
Mercedes MCM/ACM: what is done and how to read it
This controller belongs to the Continental MCM/ACM pair of the Mercedes-Benz Euro 6 engines — the OM93x 5.1–7.7 L and OM47x 10.7–15.6 L in the Actros, Arocs, Atego and Axor — and of the same engines in Freightliner (Detroit DD5, DD13, DD15 and DD16), Claas Axion, Arion, Lexion and Jaguar, JCB Fastrac, Atlas Copco and Mitsubishi Fuso. The MCM runs the engine; the ACM runs AdBlue dosing and holds all the DOC/DPF maps.
We have worked with MCM/ACM since 2017: EGR, SCR/AdBlue and DOC/DPF off as a full delete, modified by hand in WinOLS, with all sensors free to disconnect. For most models AdBlue dosing can instead be reduced by 50–70%, and ECO Stage 1 gave 5–10% lower consumption on the same trucks and routes.
The complete route is to read both the MCM and the ACM: no coding is needed afterwards, and the ACM — which holds the DOC/DPF maps — is modified as well. The alternative is to read only the MCM and unplug the ACM; the vehicle then needs Xentry coding, and we send the instructions. Removing only the DPF while AdBlue keeps working is not recommended; AdBlue can be removed on its own.
What can be done on this ECU
These are the services offered for the Siemens/Continental MCM21 and their list prices. Ordering several in one file is cheaper — the calculator below applies the bundle rules.
| Service | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| DPF/FAP Delete | 150 € | To delete the DPF, the AdBlue/SCR system must also be removed - please select the SCR/AdBlue OFF option as well if needed. You can perform the coding yourself via Xentry (instructions will be provided after placing the order) - in this case reading the ACM (AdBlue) module is not required. If you cannot perform the coding, you must read and attach files from both control units: ACM ECU (AdBlue) and MCM ECU (engine). You must also physically disconnect the DPF pressure sensor and the exhaust temperature sensors. |
| EGR/AGR Removal | 95 € | |
| SCR/AdBlue OFF | 160 € | If you want to remove only the AdBlue system and keep the DPF filter active, you must read and attach files from both control units: ACM ECU (AdBlue) and MCM ECU (engine). If you also want to remove the DPF, you have 2 options: disconnect the ACM plug (no reading needed) and perform the coding yourself via Xentry (instructions provided after placing the order); or, if you cannot perform the coding, attach reads from both control units - ACM and MCM. You must also physically disconnect the AdBlue injector plug, the AdBlue pump and the NOx sensor. |
| Stage 1 tuning file | 160 € | Please visit our website tuning catalog to see final results after Stage 1: https://auto-remap.com/catalog/trucks |
| Throttle Valve TVA Disable | 95 € | |
| Swirl valve/Flaps OFF | 95 € | |
| DTC's selectivity OFF | 70 € | |
| Checksumm correction | 50 € | Checksumm correction: select this option ONLY if you really need checksumm and your device not do it automatically, because this option cost additional money! |
| Back to ORIGINAL file (restore file to original) | 30 € | Please select this option only if you really need to recovery all changes to original. In case if your attached file after our checking content original changes, order will be completed and the cost of the checking will be deducted from your account!!! Because we are loosing time on checking and comparing it with original database= this is same like price return to original. |

FAQ
- My software number is 0014463035002 — is this the right page?
- Yes. This page is built around the identifier set 0014463035002 0214481035001 0354482035001 OM470LA on the Siemens/Continental MCM21. If your readout shows a different number from the same family, open it from the version list on this page.
- Which file do you need from me?
- The original read from the ECU, in whatever format your tool produced. Tell us the tool so the file comes back in a format you can write.
- How long does it take?
- 1–3 hours for the solutions marked available on this page. Anything marked on request is answered after we look at the file.
- Is the checksum corrected?
- Yes. The returned file is ready to write back.
- Can several solutions go into one file?
- Yes, and that is the cheaper route — the calculator applies the bundle pricing automatically as you tick them.
