Scania S770 16.4TDI — Siemens/Continental EMS EMS10 — 2490777 220217 3014600 DC16123
ECU tuning and emission-solution file for this exact calibration · 770hp · 2022
About this file
This page covers one exact calibration: Siemens/Continental EMS EMS10 with software 2490777 220217 3014600 DC16123, as indexed on the Scania S770 16.4TDI. Work is done on your own original read — we do not send a generic file for the controller family, because two vehicles sharing a controller can carry different maps, limiters and diagnostics.
Send the file exactly as your tool saved it and tell us which tool produced it. You get the modified file back in the same format, with the checksum corrected, ready to write. Turnaround is 1–3 hours for the solutions listed as available below.
If your readout shows a different software number from the same family, use the version list at the bottom of the page — every calibration we have indexed has its own page.
Everything on this page is reference information. Not finding your exact version here does not mean we cannot do it — a solution can be developed for any calibration. Create an order on the file service and send us the original read.
Scania Euro 6: EMS S8, EMD1 and EMS10
On Euro 6 Scania added a DOC/DPF to the EGR and SCR systems. EMS S8 runs the DC09, DC13 and DC16 of the Euro 5 / Euro 6 transition, EMD1 the DC09, DC13 and DC16 from 2018, and EMS10 the S series; the same controllers are fitted to Doosan, Terex and Hyundai machinery. The solution is a full delete — EGR, SCR/AdBlue and DOC/DPF — modified by hand in WinOLS, with all sensors free to disconnect.
For AdBlue/SCR off the AdBlue pump module does not have to be removed; if the DOC/DPF is removed, the AdBlue pump module has to be removed and disconnected as well. Removing only the DPF while AdBlue keeps working is not recommended — the NOx sensor sees the emissions and the SCR side faults — but AdBlue can be removed on its own. AdBlue dosing can also be reduced by 50–70% instead, and ECO Stage 1 saves up to 5–7 litres per 100 km.
What can be done on this ECU
These are the services offered for the Siemens/Continental EMS EMS10 and their list prices. Ordering several in one file is cheaper — the calculator below applies the bundle rules.
| Service | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| DPF/FAP Delete | 160 € | For DPF OFF on this truck, you also need to add the AdBlue OFF option (if AdBlue is present)! |
| EGR/AGR Removal | 120 € | |
| SCR/AdBlue OFF | 260 € | Full AdBlue OFF or consumption reduction only is possible at the same price. If you do not need a full OFF and only want consumption reduction (by any %), please specify it in the description. Please remember that if there are active DTCs in the EEC3 ACM ECU, an ACM read is required (to modify it). If you want to disconnect the ACM ECU, you also need to order DPF OFF, because the ACM controls the DPF regeneration strategy. |
| Stage 1 tuning file | 160 € | Please visit our website's tuning catalog to see the final results after Stage 1: https://auto-remap.com/catalog/trucks |
| DTC's selectivity OFF | 80 € | |
| Checksumm correction | 40 € | Checksum correction: select this option ONLY if you really need a checksum correction and your tool does not do it automatically, because this option is charged additionally! |
| Back to ORIGINAL file (restore file to original) | 50 € | Please select this option only if you really need to restore all changes to the original. If, after our check, the attached file turns out to be already original, the order will be completed and the cost of the check will be deducted from your account! This is because checking and comparing the file with our original database takes the same time as restoring it to the original. |
