Cummins CM2150 — ISB, ISC and ISL on trucks and buses
CM2150 runs the ISB, ISC and ISL engines. This catalogue indexes 40 software versions, most of them from 2009 to 2017.
More than elsewhere in the Cummins range, CM2150 is trucks and buses: DAF CF and LF, Kamaz 65115, Kenworth and Nissan Atleon trucks, and King Long, Temsa, Yutong and Higer buses. The main engine is the 6.7 L, then the 4.5 L, 8.3 L and 8.9 L.
The letter after the number — CM2150C, D or E — is a revision of the same controller, and the price is the same. Every file is modified by hand in WinOLS; DPF, EGR and AdBlue/DEF can be removed, and ECO Stage 1 is available on the same file.
Every software version below has its own page with the vehicle it belongs to, the solutions available for that exact file and a price calculator. Read the ECU, find your number, open the page.
Questions about Motorola/Cummins CM2150
Is CM2150E priced differently from CM2150?
No. The letter is a revision of the same controller and the price is the same.
Can I remove only the DPF and keep AdBlue/DEF?
We do not recommend removing only the DPF while AdBlue/DEF keeps working: the SCR side will keep logging faults. AdBlue/DEF can be removed on its own while the DPF stays in service.
Is there a fuel-saving option?
Yes, ECO Stage 1 on the same file. For most Cummins controllers AdBlue/DEF dosing can also be reduced by 50–70%.
