Siemens/Continental EMS S6 — Scania Euro 4 and Euro 5 trucks

This page lists the Scania EMS S6 controller under the spelling “Siemens/Continental EMS S6”, as it is written in the source database: 1 software version from 2007 — Scania G380, with the 10.7 L.

EMS S6 runs the Euro 4 and Euro 5 Scania engines — the DC09, DC11, DC12, DC13 and DC16 on the G, P, R and T series. We have worked with EMS S6, S7 and S8 since 2016: the solution is a full EGR and SCR/AdBlue delete, modified by hand in WinOLS, with all sensors free to disconnect. AdBlue dosing can instead be reduced by 50–70%, and ECO Stage 1 saves up to 5–7 litres per 100 km on the same trucks and routes.

Every software version below has its own page with the vehicle it belongs to, the solutions available for that exact file and a price calculator. Read the ECU, find your number, open the page.
