Motorola/Cummins EMS EME1 — Scania EME1 on Kleemann

This page lists the Scania EME1 controller under the spelling “Motorola/Cummins EMS EME1”, as it is written in the source database: 3 software versions from 2019 to 2020 — Kleemann MR110, Kleemann MC120, Kleemann MR130, with the 12.7 L and 9.3 L.

EME1 belongs to the Scania EMD1 family and is priced the same. In this catalogue it runs the Scania 9.3 L, 12.7 L and 16.4 L on machinery — Doosan, Kleemann, Terex, Atlas Copco, Ploeger and Dewulf. The Euro 6 solution applies: EGR, SCR/AdBlue and DOC/DPF off, modified by hand in WinOLS; if the DOC/DPF is removed, the AdBlue pump module has to be removed and disconnected as well.

Every software version below has its own page with the vehicle it belongs to, the solutions available for that exact file and a price calculator. Read the ECU, find your number, open the page.

Questions about Motorola/Cummins EMS EME1

Do I need to remove the AdBlue pump?

For AdBlue/SCR off the AdBlue pump module does not have to be removed. If the DOC/DPF is removed, the AdBlue pump module has to be removed and disconnected as well.

Can I remove only the DPF and keep AdBlue?

We do not recommend it: the NOx sensor sees the emissions and the SCR side faults. AdBlue can be removed on its own while the DPF stays in service.

How is this spelling priced?

The same as Motorola EMS EMD1 — EME1 belongs to the same family.
