Cummins CM2450 — the newest Cummins controller
CM2450 is the newest Cummins engine controller. We have offered a full delete on it since 2022, and this catalogue indexes 32 software versions, most of them from 2020 to 2023.
They are almost entirely North American: Dodge Ram with the 6.7 L, and Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks with the 15 L and 8.9 L.
The deactivation is done inside the calibration, with no emulators: DPF regeneration and the soot and thermal models, EGR with the airflow model corrected, SCR with DEF dosing and NOx monitoring, the related trouble codes and the derate and limp-mode strategies. XCAL files read with INSITE or Calterm come back in XCAL, ready to flash.
Every software version below has its own page with the vehicle it belongs to, the solutions available for that exact file and a price calculator. Read the ECU, find your number, open the page.
Questions about Motorola/Cummins CM2450
Do you have a full delete for CM2450?
Yes, since 2022: DPF, EGR and SCR/DEF together with the related trouble codes and derate strategies.
Is a Damos or A2L available for CM2450?
Yes, for virtually any CM2450 software version, on request with individual pricing.
Can I remove only the DPF and keep AdBlue/DEF?
We do not recommend removing only the DPF while AdBlue/DEF keeps working: the SCR side will keep logging faults. AdBlue/DEF can be removed on its own while the DPF stays in service.
